# mimu vs 万叙集

The clearest difference is rating: mimu at 4.7 against 万叙集's 2.0. mimu also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (60 vs 2). 万叙集's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mimu sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and 万叙集 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

mimu holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mimu has 60 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of mimu's written reviews are positive against 65% of 万叙集's.

mimu ships an update fortnightly, 万叙集 every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
