# Almost read vs Dewey

The clearest difference is rating: Dewey at 5.0 against Almost read's 4.7. Almost read's advantage is ratings volume (29 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Almost read sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Dewey sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dewey holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Almost read has 29 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
