# Aspire vs NextStep

The clearest difference is rating: Aspire at 5.0 against NextStep's 4.2. Aspire also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). NextStep's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
