The clearest difference is rating: It! at 5.0 against TierMaker.com's 4.2. It! also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3). TierMaker.com's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TierMaker.com sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. It! asks for nothing beyond the download.
