Blok Sessions

Build a session from 272 exercises, put your sessions into a plan that runs for weeks, and log what you did. Building, planning, logging and testing are free. You need a free account: Sign in with Apple or email. SESSIONS Every exercise shows its minutes, how hard it is and its injury risk, and its summary starts with the sets, attempts and rest. Pick exercises for your warm-up, strength work, climbing and mobility, or let the builder fill a session for the time you have. You see the total minutes before you start. Want different numbers today? Change one exercise's rounds, reps, work time, rest or minutes for that session only. Put a few strength exercises together as a superset, or add exercises of your own. The catalog runs from warm-ups to the campus board: limit boulders, 4x4s, max hangs and repeaters, density bouldering, weighted pull-ups, antagonist and mobility work, and easy climbing for a Base period. PLANS Build a plan by hand, week by week, in training periods: Base, Strength, Power, Power Endurance, Endurance, Performance and Deload. Every exercise says which periods it's for. Copy a week, save templates, add the plan to your calendar, or plan for someone you coach. Today's session sits at the top of Home with a Start button. When a plan ends, a wrap-up shows what you did, how your tests moved and what to train next. COMMUNITY With a free account, share your plans, exercises and supersets on the Community tab. Add plans and exercises other climbers shared, and rate a plan once you've trained it. The days and exercises are shared. Your dates and logbook aren't. LOGBOOK, TRENDS AND TESTS - Log every boulder as a flash, a send or an attempt, with its grade, wall angle, how many goes it took and a note. Rate how hard the session was from 1 to 10, and add how it felt, notes and a video. - Share a session as a story card or a sticker for Instagram and TikTok, and save sessions to Apple Health as climbing workouts. - Trends: grade history, grade pyramid, boulders climbed versus topped, send rate by wall angle and training load per week. - Tests: max hangs on a 20 mm edge in half crimp and open hand, a two-rep max pull-up, a max hang for time and bodyweight. Add tests of your own, and retest every four to six weeks. - A 1 to 5 check-in on how you feel before you train. - Home Screen widgets for today's session, your week, your streak and your trends. - Export your logbook as CSV or JSON. Keep several profiles on one phone. PRO - Guided sessions. Press Start and put the phone down. A five-second get-ready, then work and rest counted down, rounds and sets ticked off, with countdown beeps. On attempts with no clock, it waits for you to tap Done. Log each boulder without leaving the timer, and see the timer on your Lock Screen. - Plan generator. Pick the training period, how many weeks, your training days and how long your sessions are. It builds every session from coaching rules, keeps hard finger days apart and plans in lighter weeks. Change anything afterwards. - Training load. Each session's load comes from its minutes and how hard it was. See this week against your usual range, your finger load on its own and when hard finger days pile up. Workouts from Apple Health count if you switch that on. - €4.99 a month, €29.99 a year (the first 7 days free) or €79.99 once. Everything in the free app stays free. WHO IT'S FOR Boulderers who already train on purpose and want to train in periods instead of climbing hard all year. It isn't a coach and it won't teach you to climb. You make the plan; it keeps the plan, the training load and your record in one place. Your training stays on your phone until you switch on backup for a profile. No ads and no trackers.
