# VP.NET VPN vs ToteTracker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ToteTracker at 100% against VP.NET VPN's 62%. ToteTracker also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). VP.NET VPN's advantage is ratings volume (145 vs 5) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VP.NET VPN sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and ToteTracker sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ToteTracker holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VP.NET VPN has 145 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of VP.NET VPN's written reviews are positive against 100% of ToteTracker's.

VP.NET VPN ships an update every 9 days, ToteTracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
