The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Veyrn at none against TaskForge's 3. Veyrn also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). TaskForge's advantage is ratings volume (108 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaskForge sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Veyrn asks for nothing beyond the download.
