# Zip Rides vs DRFT

The clearest difference is update cadence: DRFT at every 9 days against Zip Rides's every 2 months. Zip Rides's advantage is ratings volume (83 vs 1) and device support. On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Zip Rides against 5.0 for DRFT. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zip Rides has 83 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Zip Rides ships an update every 2 months, DRFT every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
