# Scribbly vs Stego

The clearest difference is ads: Scribbly at none against Stego's shown. Stego's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scribbly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Stego sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
