# Studley vs StudyPet

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Studley at 4.5K against StudyPet's 135. Studley also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Studley sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and StudyPet sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Studley against 4.6 for StudyPet. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Studley has 4.5K ratings behind it against 135, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 50% and 50% positive.

Studley ships an update weekly, StudyPet every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
