# X vs Transfer Window

The clearest difference is rating: Transfer Window at 5.0 against X's 4.5. Transfer Window also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). X's advantage is ratings volume (39K vs 1) and chart position (#17 vs unranked). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. X sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Transfer Window asks for nothing beyond the download.

Transfer Window holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: X has 39K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

X ships an update fortnightly, Transfer Window every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
