# Star Faults vs WristRot

The clearest difference is update cadence: WristRot at every 8 days against Star Faults's every 5 weeks. Star Faults's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Star Faults sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and WristRot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Star Faults ships an update every 5 weeks, WristRot every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
