# Ambitio vs RD Exam Prep

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ambitio at every 10 days against RD Exam Prep's every 3 months. Ambitio also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ambitio sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and RD Exam Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ambitio ships an update every 10 days, RD Exam Prep every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
