# StepPet vs Chavatar

The clearest difference is ads: Chavatar at none against StepPet's shown. StepPet's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StepPet sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Chavatar sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
