# Cue Clock vs Talk Timer

The clearest difference is ads: Cue Clock at none against Talk Timer's shown. Talk Timer's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 15 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cue Clock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Talk Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cue Clock ships an update every 15 months, Talk Timer every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
