# Focus Rally vs 1 Bit Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: 1 Bit Notes at every 2 months against Focus Rally's every 11 months. 1 Bit Notes also leads on device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus Rally sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and 1 Bit Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus Rally ships an update every 11 months, 1 Bit Notes every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
