# MIDILODY vs Air Synth

The clearest difference is rating: Air Synth at 5.0 against MIDILODY's 4.1. Air Synth also leads on price ($1.99 vs $4.99). MIDILODY's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

MIDILODY costs $4.99 and Air Synth $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Air Synth holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MIDILODY has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
