# BEST vs Proptia

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BEST at 100% against Proptia's 28%. BEST also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Proptia's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (827 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
