# Yupp vs teckel

The clearest difference is ads: teckel at none against Yupp's shown. Yupp's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yupp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and teckel sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Yupp ships an update weekly, teckel every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
