The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Chatter Pro+ at none against Character Agent's 6. Chatter Pro+ also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.2). Character Agent's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Character Agent sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Chatter Pro+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Chatter Pro+ against 4.9 for Character Agent. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Character Agent has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
