# inq vs SuperChar

The clearest difference is rating: SuperChar at 5.0 against inq's 3.1. SuperChar also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). inq's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SuperChar holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: inq has 21 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
