# AcadXL vs BeeCome

The clearest difference is update cadence: BeeCome at every 2 weeks against AcadXL's every 2 months. BeeCome also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AcadXL sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and BeeCome sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AcadXL ships an update every 2 months, BeeCome every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
