# Joyshort vs Reel Loop

The clearest difference is update cadence: Reel Loop at weekly against Joyshort's every 3 weeks. Joyshort's advantage is chart position (#80 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (13 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Joyshort sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per 7 days and Reel Loop sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
