# Edify lives vs Bladefeed

The clearest difference is ads: Edify lives at none against Bladefeed's shown. Bladefeed's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Edify lives sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Bladefeed sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Edify lives ships an update every 6 weeks, Bladefeed every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
