# SkyNotes App vs Donote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Donote at weekly against SkyNotes App's every 9 months. Donote also leads on ratings volume (54 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SkyNotes App sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Donote sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
