# Terminal Notes vs ScreenshotAI

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Terminal Notes at none against ScreenshotAI's 3. Terminal Notes also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). ScreenshotAI's advantage is rating (3.2 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScreenshotAI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Terminal Notes asks for nothing beyond the download.

ScreenshotAI holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ScreenshotAI has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
