# Gridchet vs Fileika

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fileika at every 3 weeks against Gridchet's every 2 months. Gridchet's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gridchet sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Fileika sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gridchet ships an update every 2 months, Fileika every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
