# Slap Beat vs Bushi Fight

The clearest difference is rating: Bushi Fight at 4.7 against Slap Beat's 4.2. Bushi Fight also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (987 vs 178). Slap Beat's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 72%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bushi Fight holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bushi Fight has 987 ratings behind it against 178, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Slap Beat's written reviews are positive against 72% of Bushi Fight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Slap Beat ships an update every 3 months, Bushi Fight every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
