# Tier Training vs Lifty

The clearest difference is device support: Lifty at 3 against Tier Training's 1. Tier Training's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tier Training sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Lifty sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tier Training ships an update every 3 days, Lifty every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
