# Reading Stars vs MathStack

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Reading Stars at 13.0 against MathStack's 15.1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reading Stars sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and MathStack sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
