# Tinfoil vs DealLens

The clearest difference is ads: Tinfoil at none against DealLens's shown. Tinfoil also leads on ratings volume (34 vs 2). DealLens's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tinfoil sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per month and DealLens sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DealLens holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tinfoil has 34 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
