# AC Remote vs SuperTV

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: SuperTV at none against AC Remote's 3. SuperTV also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and device support (3 vs 1). AC Remote's advantage is ratings volume (50 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AC Remote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. SuperTV asks for nothing beyond the download.

SuperTV holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AC Remote has 50 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
