# Timely vs Work Hours Tracker

The clearest difference is rating: Timely at 4.8 against Work Hours Tracker's 4.2. Timely also leads on ratings volume (135 vs 5). Work Hours Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timely sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Work Hours Tracker sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timely holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timely has 135 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Timely ships an update fortnightly, Work Hours Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
