# JoinOurDay vs Keep Going

The clearest difference is update cadence: JoinOurDay at every 3 days against Keep Going's weekly. Keep Going's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JoinOurDay sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Keep Going sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

JoinOurDay ships an update every 3 days, Keep Going weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
