# AuraFarming vs Intermittent Fasting Kit

The clearest difference is monetization model: AuraFarming at free with in-app purchases against Intermittent Fasting Kit's subscription. AuraFarming also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 18.5). Intermittent Fasting Kit's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AuraFarming sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Intermittent Fasting Kit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for AuraFarming against 5.0 for Intermittent Fasting Kit. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.

AuraFarming ships an update fortnightly, Intermittent Fasting Kit every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
