# RugbyFit vs Core Buddy

The clearest difference is ads: RugbyFit at none against Core Buddy's shown. Core Buddy's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RugbyFit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $89.99 per year and Core Buddy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RugbyFit ships an update fortnightly, Core Buddy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
