The clearest difference is update cadence: Orthodox Way at every 4 days against 49 Hours's every 5 weeks. Orthodox Way also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for 49 Hours against 5.0 for Orthodox Way. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Orthodox Way has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
