# Beyond Blue vs Catchimals

The clearest difference is ads: Beyond Blue at none against Catchimals's shown. Beyond Blue also leads on device support (5 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). Catchimals's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beyond Blue sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Catchimals sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beyond Blue ships an update every 4 weeks, Catchimals every 5 days. Both last shipped on September 14, 2026.
