# NoteHive vs YouLearn

The clearest difference is rating: YouLearn at 4.8 against NoteHive's 4.1. YouLearn also leads on ratings volume (148 vs 7) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). NoteHive's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteHive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and YouLearn sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

YouLearn holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YouLearn has 148 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of NoteHive's written reviews are positive against 73% of YouLearn's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NoteHive ships an update weekly, YouLearn every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
