# Notee vs Notella

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Notee at 4.7K against Notella's 2. Notee also leads on chart position (#104 vs unranked). Notella's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notee sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Notella sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notella holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notee has 4.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Notee's written reviews are positive against 67% of Notella's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
