# Notee vs Secure Traveler

The clearest difference is monetization model: Notee at free with in-app purchases against Secure Traveler's subscription. Notee also leads on ratings volume (5K vs 4) and chart position (#74 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notee sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Secure Traveler sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Secure Traveler holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notee has 5K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
