# ThingsBook vs The Rescued Pack

The clearest difference is ads: ThingsBook at none against The Rescued Pack's shown. ThingsBook also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 1) and chart position (#41 vs unranked). The Rescued Pack's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

The Rescued Pack holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ThingsBook has 1.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
