Make room for a breathing pause before sleep or meditation. Follow a visual rhythm, with nature sounds and optional cues on your wrist. • Start on your phone or Apple Watch: choose a breathing method and follow the practice on screen. • Follow each phase: visual guidance, voice, sound effects and haptics can be set to suit your preference. • Choose a method: try box breathing, 4-7-8 and other available patterns; set a practice timer from 1 to 30 minutes where supported. • Choose your sound: use rain, ocean waves, wind, summer night or thunderstorm backgrounds, or explore the Deep Dive audio library. Nature sounds are not spoken meditation courses. • Build your own practice: combine supported breathing methods, arrange their order and save a sequence. • Review a session: see your practice duration and the information recorded for that session. • Look back over time: new practice statistics show your recorded sessions, duration and practice days across week, month or all-time views. • Practise on Apple Watch: choose a method, follow the phases, pause and finish on your wrist. Starting a session is subject to the existing iPhone connection, authorisation and membership checks. Heart-rate information appears only when supported, authorised and recorded. • Return from a widget: use supported Home Screen or Lock Screen widgets to open a practice; access checks still apply. • Listen after downloading: eligible Deep Dive audio can be played offline after download while you have access to it. This does not mean every feature works offline. New bell or gentle wood tones can mark breathing phases, separately from your chosen background sound. Some features and audio require a purchase. BreathWave is for relaxation and mindfulness practice, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Meditate at your own pace. ZenMonkey brings together a simple self-guided timer, gentle bells and a record of your practice. With Apple Watch, you can also review heart rate changes during your sessions. [ Record and Reflect ] ○ Free-form or timed practice, with Apple Watch support. ○ Review individual sessions and the calendar in Journey, and your practice rhythm in a dedicated Trends tab. ○ See today's and the past seven days' practice in Home Screen widgets. Unrated records use the default green. ○ Share a session and revisit weekly and monthly reports. [ ZenMonkey Pro · Body & Mind Awareness ] ○ Read existing HRV (SDNN) and resting heart rate from Apple Health, with 7-, 30-, 90-, 180-day and one-year views. ○ Review personal reference states, rings, change bars and period baselines, without a numeric health grade. ○ View practice records alongside body measurements. Associations do not establish cause or prove practice effects. ○ Glance at HRV references in Home Screen and Watch-face widgets; tap a Watch widget to open practice. ○ Choose optional HRV awareness practice reminders. Member shares can include the session's recorded heart rate chart. ○ Keep long-term practice insights and optional iCloud sync. [ Health Connections You Choose ] HRV is off by default and needs membership, Health reading permission and existing measurements. Refresh reads existing data; it does not take a new measurement. Control mindful-minute writes, Watch workout saves and Health reading separately. Turning off writing does not delete existing Health records. The basic timer does not require Health access. [ Personal References ] HRV and resting heart rate depend on measurement context and other factors. States and trends support personal reflection, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, continuous stress monitoring or emergency assistance. [ Membership and Terms ] Monthly and annual subscriptions and lifetime access are available. Prices and conditions appear on the purchase screen. Manage subscriptions and auto-renewal in your Apple account settings. Lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
