# Tricky Minds vs Brain Trap

The clearest difference is ads: Tricky Minds at none against Brain Trap's shown. Brain Trap's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tricky Minds sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Brain Trap sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Brain Trap holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5.
