# MAGIC EAGLE vs RackLog

MAGIC EAGLE and RackLog both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of RackLog's written reviews are positive against 50% of MAGIC EAGLE's. RackLog also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). MAGIC EAGLE's advantage is ratings volume (383 vs 39) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MAGIC EAGLE sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per 6 months and RackLog sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
