# Setiptvpro vs IPTV Player

The clearest difference is rating: Setiptvpro at 5.0 against IPTV Player's 4.6. Setiptvpro also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.2). IPTV Player's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Setiptvpro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IPTV Player has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Setiptvpro ships an update every 4 days, IPTV Player every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 10, 2026.
