# Groppr vs Foremates

The clearest difference is update cadence: Foremates at every 9 days against Groppr's every 6 weeks. Groppr's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Groppr sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Foremates sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
