Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Doogee Fit at none against Car Auto Play's 14. Doogee Fit also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Car Auto Play's advantage is ratings volume (7.4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
