# Locker App vs Private Folder

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Private Folder at 16.6 against Locker App's 18.4. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Locker App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Private Folder sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
