# Counter vs Score ±

The clearest difference is update cadence: Score ± at every 4 days against Counter's every 13 months. Counter's advantage is iOS requirement (15.3 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Counter sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Score ± sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Counter ships an update every 13 months, Score ± every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
